This policy applies to PowerKeys paid plans (Supporter and Pro) and is part of our Terms of Service. The Free plan involves no payment, so nothing here applies to it.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If a paid plan isn’t for you, email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of your first purchase of that plan and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per plan per customer, to first purchases (not renewals), whether billed monthly or annually.
2. Renewals and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account portal in a couple of clicks, or by emailing support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep paid features until then, and you are not charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period after cancellation.
- For annual plans, we email a renewal reminder before each renewal so a yearly charge never surprises you. If you miss a reminder and are charged for an annual renewal you did not want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal.
3. Billing errors and duplicates
Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount? Tell us and we will refund the error promptly regardless of timing.
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the associated plan features end immediately. If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank — we fix billing issues quickly, while chargebacks take weeks and pause the account while the bank investigates.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
